    Ramunia Holdings Bhd has accepted MISC Bhd's reverse takeover offer worth RM3.2 billion (S$1.4 billion) through the issuance of 1.4 billion new shares valued at RM1 each and 3.6 billion 3.7 per cent new irredeemable convertible preference shares, The StarBiz reported.
