The Italian shipping company Fratelli D'Amato ordered the group Rolls-Royce design and equipment of two support ships for assistance to oil rigs. The order, which includes the provision of maneuvering thrusters, rudders, propellers, deck machinery and cargo handling systems for liquids and solids, has a value of 11 million pounds (12.5 million).
The two ships, the UT 755 L, will be built by shipyard Rosetti Marino and Ravenna will be delivered at the end of 2013. With this order the size of the fleet of D'Amato Brothers drive the Rolls-Royce UT Series will grow to eight vessels (the company currently has four in service and two under construction).
