Carolina Villa to the Young guide of the Group of Assagenti



Carolina Villa is the new Young president of the Group of Assagenti, the association of the shipping agents of Genoa, for the next biennium. He will be placed side by side by the vices president Gian Alberto Cerruti, Giulia De Paolis and Simone Carlini (already president of the young people of Federagenti).

Villa, class 1978, happen to Aldo Negri, from four years to the guide of the Group. "In this historical moment in which the role of the women in the society and on the job he is in the middle of a felt debate in great part of the western Countries - it has declared Black persons - I am happy for leaving the witness of our Group to Carolina. I am convinced that the best way in order to guarantee the equal opportunities is that to choose the better candidate to cover a determined position, without to attend to an obligatory alternation of genre; and it is, undoubtedly".

Founding associate and managing director of Ship & Crew Services, raccomandataria marine agency and of specialized marine mediation in yachting, Carolina Villa has attended the Faculty of marine Economy and the transports of the University of Genoa. My role in these two years will be that to put on of the boys who compose our Group the one which I have learned, to transmit values and associative spirit to they, towards a generational change that has knowledge of own origins".
