"The direttoriale determination of the Agency of Customs and the Monopolies on 26 March - president of the Commission Dogane of Assologistica has commented, Stefano Morelli - catches off guard to us. In the moment worse for the Country from according to post-war period, it we can consider an at least debatable disposition. In the context of the digital technology where almost all the production activities cannot be carried out remotely - it has observed Morelli - the content of the determination is at least out of due time; the new dispositions will not afford to national the productive woven one to resort to fundamental instruments for being able to continue to being active, competitive on the international markets and consequently to prepare themselves in advance, as soon as finished the emergency. Without to forget that in this way the ADM is failing to its mission, sanctioned to art. the 2 of the charter of the same one, that it recites: "The Agency favors the economic increase of Italy, facilitating the circulation of the goods in the international exchanges"".
