The Genoese Paolo Pessina has been confirmed at the top of the National Federation of Agents, Maritime Agents and Maritime Mediators. His appointment was voted unanimously by the assembly of Federagenti held today at the Boscolo Circus Maximus, in Rome.

"It is a great honour for me," said Pessina, still hold the helm of Federagenti, but especially to do so in a such a delicate and complex moment. At an international level with the geo-political crises that affect the operations of the ports and also on that of the companies that Federagenti represents; at the national level with the discussion on the text of port reform that has already come to life but which is will develop over the course of 2027 and which may mark a turning point in the consolidated balances of the port, but also in the choice of priorities with regard to port infrastructure and their coordination within the logistics system".
