The state of unrest ended with the lifting of the state of unrest cooling procedure activated by the System Authority Port of the Western Ligurian Sea for the PSA Genoa Pra' terminal. The table convened by the body has favored the restoration of the confrontation between the company and the trade unions, creating the conditions for overcoming the voltage phase. Since the early stages of the affair, the Port Authority accepted the request for convening of the cooling table, promoting a discussion between the parties and calling everyone to take responsibility at a particularly delicate time for the operation of the main container terminal of the port system. The goal was to encourage the restoration of a climate of constructive dialogue and full collaboration, in the interest of workers, the company and the continuity of port activities. The outcome of the two meetings has made it possible to create the conditions for the revocation of the state of unrest and the continuation of the confrontation between the company and the trade unions in the context of ordinary relations industrial sectors.
