Harbour committee of Naples, green light to the propedeutici regulations to the performance of the lines of address for the development



In the reunion yesterday the Harbour Committee of Naples has got ahead the procedure for the performance of the "Lines of Address for the promotion and the programming of urgent measures to the sustainable development of the Port of Naples" that they are approved of unanimously by the extraordinary Committee 28th July and that they have constituted the base of the proposal of financing of the Great Project for the port of Naples to the European Community, that previews an investment for of the Campania port of call pairs to 335 million euros. The Harbour Authority has remembered that the financing is structured on an only axis of admissibility, which spelt from a series of participations that are identified in the fields: atmosphere (reclamation and dredging of the backdrops), logistics (railway axis and creation of operating large squares), regulation (verifications of the enterprises for competition effective, discipline of the release of the concessions).

In the within of the reunion of the Harbour Committee 21st February the regulations indicated from the same Lines of Address are deposited, the rough draft of the Town development plan of the Port of Naples and order of the marine-coastal state property territory, second modified the Lines of Address, and the criteria for the adoption of the Portuale Town development plan of Castellammare di Stabia; contextually Triennial Program 2012-2014, Pre-emptive Budget 2012 are approved of and are deliberated the dismissione of the quotas participation of the Harbour Authority of Naples in the Spa Naples Terminal.

The Harbour Authority of Naples has announced that, in prosieguo of these work, yesterday on the escort of the programmatici and prescribed actions and as a result of the reached observations, are approved of the following regulations: 1) administrative procedimentale Activity of the harbour and coastal Federal property; 2) Criteria and methodologies of analysis and verification of the enterprise plans; 3) Regolamento for the exercise of the dry docks. Moreover the criteria for the editing of the Portuale Town development plan of Castellammare di Stabia are approved of.
