
the Polish ministry of the treasury has received two manifestations of interest to start negotiations for the purchase of the 91.64% of the share capital of the company of navigation Polferries (Polska Zegluga Baltycka - PZB), than currently it is of entire property of the ministry. They are left over by the Poland Sweden Line di Lubecca and by the Swedish House of Warsaw. The ministry has chosen the German company for dealing the cession of 9.516.230 sets in action of the Polferries that has a unitary nominal value of 10 zloties (2,38 euros).
Polferries has 118 dependent and a fleet constituted from the three ferries Baltivia, Scandinavia and Wawel that are employed on the routes Danzica-Nynäshamn, Swinoujscie-Ystad and Swinoujscie-Copenhagen. The company has archived item exercise 2011 with a net loss of 7,8 million zloty (1,9 million euros) on revenues for 163,1 million zloty.
