The Committee of Management of the AdSP of the Tyrrhenian Sea Central has approved of the update of POT 2018-2020



Today the Committee of Management of the Authority of Harbour System of the Tyrrhenian Sea Central has approved of the update of the Triennial Operations plan 2018-2020 of the agency, deliberation that sanctions ratifies it of the master plan of the ports of Salerno and Castellammare di Stabia and the confirmation of that of the port of Naples already inserted in precedence POT.

POT 2018-2020 is focused essentially on the implementation of Special the Economic Zone, on the developments to east of the port of Naples, on the opening of the San Vincenzo pier, on the dredgings for the ports of Naples and Salerno, on phase two of the project "waterfront" for the Naples port (Which dropped Piliero) and on the development of the shipbuilding one for the ports of Castellammare di Stabia and Naples.

Relatively to the ZES, the necessity is evidenced to return the Committee of appointed Address to the governance of the project with the nomination of the two governmental members, on nomination of the one and Prime Minister of the minister of Infrastructures operating, that they will place side by side to the others two members: the president of the AdSP of the Tyrrhenian Sea Central and the representative of the Campania Region (has been chosen the president of Confindustria of Caserta, Luigi Traettino).

For the development to east of the port of Naples, confirmation the participation for the realization of the Dock of East of which the work of tombamento of the terminal and dredging of the backdrops is on. "For this work - it is specified in the POT - will go programmed its extension in the medium term. The project goes preceded from participations of reclamation and city requalification that put in connection the Saint agglomerate Giovanni with the sea".

In the planning document the strategic value of the dredgings of the ports of Naples is restated moreover and of Salerno, with the resumption of the work of dredging for the port of Naples after the ulterior analyses demanded from Arpac, while for fixed Salerno they are put into effect the prescription and the necessary authorization attends in order to complete the dredgings in 2020.

If for the opening of the Pier S. Vincenzo evidences the necessity of a dialogue between the civil and military institutions in order to find an adequate and various positioning for the Logistic Command of Marina Militare, for the shipbuilding one finds that it must be able to count on I throw again of the shipbuilding in the plant of the Fincantieri to Castellammare di Stabia and on the development of the naval activities of repair in the port of Naples.
