strategic agreement for the acquisition of the international network of
Aqua superPower charging from ATV Power, a provider of
marine electrification and charging infrastructure. Aqua
superPower is currently the largest network
international number of electric charging points in Europe for
boats and yachts in different markets internationally,
with over 80 ports and marinas distributed between Europe and North America,
including French Riviera, Italian Riviera, Venice, Trieste,
Genoa, Lake Maggiore, Lake Geneva, Sweden, Port of Barcelona,
UK South Coast, San Francisco Bay, Lake
Tahoe, San Diego, and Lake Michigan. The objective of the operation is
to integrate this capacity and know-how within the
