The Italian logistics company Nord Ovest Spa has filed the 2025 annual financial year with revenues of 54.5 million euros, with an increase of +13.6% on the previous year, of which 48.6 million of revenues from shipments (+15.6%), €2.7 million from transactions in the customs sector (+8.6%) and €0.8 million from consultancy services (+9,5%). Revenues from warehousing and logistics decreased, equal to 2.5 million compared to 2.8 million in 2024. The company has specified that in 2025 it had recorded a growth in revenues in all geographical areas, with a higher percentage increase in EU and non-EU markets.

In 2025, North West operating costs marked a increase that the company specified to be mainly attributable to the increase in costs for services, equal to 44.3 million (+15.7%). The dynamics of costs for services - explained the - largely reflects the increase in expenditure on freight rates, transport and shipments, which grew by +15.9%, due to the effect of the increase in volumes managed and the consequent increase in operational activities. This item was also affected by the geopolitical tensions on international markets, which has contributed to the maintenance of high levels of freight costs. Costs for services related to operations are also increasing increased by +24.3% due to the greater number of managed practices, and the costs for consultancy and services increased by +66.2% mainly due to the effect of the intensification of extraordinary strategic projects and the greater complexity of business activities. North Ovest specified that this growth was partially offset by the reduction in costs for logistics services, decreased by -42.0% as a result of lower demand for services logistical accessories by some customers.

The 2025 financial statements also show an EBITDA of 3.3 million euro, slightly down from 3.4 million at 31 December 2024 due to certain non-recurring activities that characterized the year. EBIT was 2.5 million compared to 2.7 million in the previous year. The profit net was €1.8 million (-8.3%).

Nord Ovest announced that the works for the construction of the new logistics hub in Mondovì (Cuneo), started up in 2025, will be completed in the coming months and the of the new warehouse is expected to start next autumn.
