The South Korean HD Hyundai Marine Solution Co. (HMS), a company of the HD Hyundai group active in all the main sectors of the cycle of ships' life, has entered into an agreement to acquire the entire capital of the American Goltens Worldwide, with a transaction of worth 331.5 billion won ($247 million) which expected to be completed around the end of this year. The transaction provides for the three families Kasper, Bayley and Strand, which currently divide the capital of the Goltens, sell their shares for a consideration of 82.5 million of dollars each. The American company Goltens is active in the Ship Engine Repair and Maintenance Segments industrial dimensions and machinery and technical assistance.
