Port Thefts Upset Dar's Plans for 24-Hour Services

By Mike Mande TANZANIA'S PLANS to start nighttime navigation services at Dar-es-Salaam port this month have suffered a setback following the theft of some of the necessary equipment.
The services, which were expected to reduce turnaround time for ships, will now begin in June.
