UMG and Bazan buy Kvaerner Mandal Shipyard

The Ulltveit-Moe Group (UMG) and the Spanish shipyard Bazan have bought Kvaerner Mandal Shipyard on Norway's west coast.

In a press release, UMG owner Jens Ulltveit-Moe says that, "Kvaerner Mandal has good competence in naval vessels and have successfully completed several projects. UMG and Bazan will market this actively, both nationally and internationally." ......
