China Seen Losing Little in WTO Crude Deal

SINGAPORE, May 23, 2000 - (Reuters) China has conceded minimal foreign access to its crude trade in efforts to join the World Trade Organization (WTO), Chinese industry sources said on Tuesday.
They said China would open up only around 10 percent of its crude trade on its accession to the WTO, expected in a few months time.
