Kochi port exceeds Q3 traffic target

THE Kochi port has surpassed the target set by the Ministry of Surface Transport during the third quarter ending December 31, 1999 by achieving a 2.3 per cent increase in the overall cargo handled through the port as against corresponding period last year.
