Crude oil rises again, OPEC wants to keep basket at $25

Crude oil continued its rise this afternoon after yesterday's massive fall, which pushed crude oil prices down by almost 15%. Oil prices fell on Monday as much as $3.96 a barrel, which is the largest drop since the Persian Gulf war in 1991.
