OPEC chief sees no need to raise oil output despite Iraqi threat

OPEC vowed Sunday to raise oil production to meet any shortfall from Iraq's threat to halt its UN oil-for-food oil exports, as ministers gathered here for a key meeting to decide output levels.
But OPEC president Chakib Khelil said he sees no need for the oil cartel to raise its production because Iraq is not set to stop its exports.
