New shipping consortium eyes 35-vessel fleet

A NEWLY-LAUNCHED ship pool, in which leading Hong Kong shipowner Wah Kwong Shipping has a stake, hopes to have 35 vessels operational next year.

George Chao, Wah Kwong's owner, said the consortium, International Handybulk Carriers (IHC), started last month.
