NPA reduces charges on outer ports' vessels by 20 per cent

TO underscore its resolve to stem the prevailing congestion at the Lagos Ports, the Nigerian ports Authority (NPA) has unfolded a fresh incentive to attract vessels and cargoes to outer ones.
