Welland Canal reopened as investigators work to unravel cause of fiery crash

ALLANBURG, Ont. (CP) - The Welland Canal was reopened Monday night to vessel traffic, two days after a freighter smashed into a moving bridge. Investigators continued to interview witnesses and gather clues to unravel the mystery of what caused the fiery crash late Saturday.
