Ships sail through frozen far eastern sea to make case for oil exports

VLADIVOSTOK : Two ice-breakers and a tanker set off Tuesday on a two-week journey through the frozen Sea of Okhotsk off Russia's Far East in an attempt to prove that oil could be carried off Sakhalin Island at any time of the year, even during winter.
