SSG-TALLINN: From January 1, pilotage dues for foreign ferry companies where raised dramatically in Estonia. The decision was taken by the authorities on December 12 last year but it was not publicised until December 28. According to Meelis Laido of Silja Line Eesti AS, the company didn't get any notice until they received this year's first invoice. According ......
