HONOLULU, Hawaii -- Bomb-sniffing dogs are searching a luxury cruise ship off the coast of Honolulu as federal agents respond to two handwritten notes threatening "acts of terrorism" found on board the vessel Wednesday, according to the FBI and a passenger on board.
The captain sounded seven blasts from the ship's alarm at 5:40 p.m. (11:40 p.m. ET), signaling for passengers to report to their pre-assigned evacuation points, according to passenger Melissa Notice of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
