LONDON -- Russia is worried about mounting delays for oil tankers transiting the Bosporus straits and wants to work closely with its Turkish counterparts to find a solution to the growing congestion problem.
"We are a little bit concerned about the new regulations in the Bosporus straits and we are closely watching the development of the [navigation] project," Transportation Minister Sergei Frank told reporters in London.
