June 24, the off-shore oil terminal became operable at the seaport of Onega in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Northern Russia.
The firs two river tankers have delivered 2,700 tons of black oil both to Latvian Shipping Co's carrier "Zoe-1". The first tanker brought black oil to Onega on June 20, the last one is to come on June 26
