The privatisation of Kenya Ports Authority is finally on course, following the presentation of 11 review draft Bills to Attorney-General Amos Wako.
Transport and Communications minister John Michuki received the Task Force on Maritime Law Report from Wako yesterday.
Michuki said the maritime sector contributed 85 per cent of Kenya's international trade.
The draft Bills, which are expected to save Kenyan maritime transport from collapse, were presented at the AG's chambers by the chairman of the task force, Mr Paul Wambua Musili
