ATHENS - Russian-British oil major TNK-BP will coordinate plans for a consortium of mainly Russian companies to build a trans-Balkan pipeline that will allow Russia to sidestep shipping bottlenecks and boost oil export volumes, the Greek Development Ministry said Friday.
Gazprom, LUKoil, Rosneft and Transneft will all take part in the construction of the 285-kilometer, $700 million pipeline linking Bulgaria's Black Sea port of Burgas to Greece's Alexandroupolis on the Aegean Sea, the ministry said
