Port concessioning: 22 firms jostle for Port Harcourt Port terminals

HAVING completed the technical bidding process for the Apapa Port terminals, Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) has shifted focus to the Port Harcourt Port, where no fewer than 22 companies are jostling to acquire its two terminals under the on-going port reforms programme.

The BPE said in Abuja few days ago that financial bids for the Apapa Port terminal would be completed in the next three weeks ......
