BERLIN - Russia and Hungary have joined forces to build new natural gas pipelines and underground gas storage facilities in the heart of Central Europe. The pipes would allow Russia to weaken its dependency on Ukraine as a transit country for its gas exports and could undermine the European Union's plans to build a different pipeline that is supposed to reduce Europe's own dependency on Russian gas ......
