ICTSI plans to bid for 4 overseas ports

MANILA (Dow Jones) -- Philippine port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. plans to bid for four overseas ports this year to shore up the volume of cargo handled by the firm in the next two to three years, President Enrique Razon said Thursday.

Razon told reporters that ICTSI is looking at ports in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East ......
