- Panaji, Jan 19: The Indian Ports Association (IPA), representing 12 major port trusts in the country, today signed a 5-year bipartite wage accord with the employees federation, entailing Rs 450 crore additional burden on the ports per annum with retrospective effect from January 1, 2007.
