A MEASURE allowing foreign vessels to pick up, transport and deliver shipments to and from local ports has been filed at the House of Representatives.
House Bill (HB) 5109, sponsored by Las Piñas Rep. Mark A. Villar, seeks to “liberalize” the entry of foreign vessels in local ports, a move expected to trim shipping costs and ease trade facilitation ......
