Cabinet panel should study Hanjin options

ACTS-OFW party-list Rep. Aniceto Bertiz 3rd urged Malacañang to create a Cabinet-level committee to look at “all available options” to quickly revive the Subic shipyard of Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Philippines Inc.
