The two Asian shipping companies WAN HAI Lines (WHL) and Pacific International Lines (GDP) will return to secure the cooperation of the Chinese company to operate COSCON a link between Asia and North Europe, cooperation that had stopped in March 2010 when they were reactivated their service Far East - Europe (EDF) using nine 4250 teu containerships from.
Today the two companies announced a reorganization of the service which in practice is the restoration of the situation at the end of 2008, GDP had suspended the WHL and the EDF to load line on ships COSCON ( of 31 October 2008).
From next month WHL and GDP, thanks to a new agreement with COSCON, it will have slots on vessels using the Chinese company in loops 1 and 3 of the service Asia - Northern Europe (and NE3 NE1 respectively).The two rotations connecting the Asian ports of Shanghai, Ningbo, Yantian, Hong Kong, Nansha, Singapore and European ports of Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp.
