To Shipping Agencies Services (group MSC) 51% of Bluvacanze



Shipping Agencies Services S.A. (SAS), society that is under responsibility of the shipowning group Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), has obtained 51% of the capital of Bluvacanze Spa (BLV), than in its turn it possesses the entire capital of the tour operator Going Srl and the Cisalpina Tours, society that work through the Networks of travel agencies with the marks Vivere&Viaggiare and Cisalpina Tours.

Today it has been in fact date execution to the agreement with which SAS has become associate of majority with an operation that has involved an important recapitalization of the group Bluvacanze and Cisalpina Tours, also thanks to the support of UniCredit Spa that has entered in the share compages with a participation pairs to 41.7% and Investor Associated with a participation of 7.3%.

SAS has emphasized that, thanks to the operation, from today it can count on the more important and note national distributive net of associated in participation (the direct and indirect travel agencies to brand Bluvacanze and Vivere&Viaggiare), on the first Travel Italian Company Management (the services of business travel of Cisalpina Tours) and on a tour operator (sold villages and resort Going in exclusive right from the associate agencies), and that the group so constituted represents an important consolidation and prelude to a period of development for various segments that compose it.
