Convention on the administrative responsibility of the agencies with reference to the harbour terminals and the companies of navigation



Next 22 February in the Room of the Captain of Saint George Palace to Genoa, center of the Harbour Authority, will hold a convention on the topic "the D.Lgs. the 231/01 and administrative responsibilities of the agencies - the harbour terminals and the companies of navigation: practical and application profiles" that it has the objective to deepen the thematic ones disciplined from I decree legislative 231/01, that they will be analyzed under various the possible perspectives: the risks for the enterprises, the practical fattispecie of crime, implications, the role of the organs investigators, houses study.
