In sight of the eventual national law of ratifies of the International Convention on the marine job of 2006, the ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports, with decrees managing n. 13 of the 17 slid june, has instituted the Inspecting Service of the Marine Job and has defined the lines guides and the procedures for the connected inspecting verifications to the control of the marine conditions of the job of the boarded ones on the national ship (with exception of the military ships, of the ships from peach, the units from diporto that they do not carry out some commercial traffic and of the boats of wood of elementary construction).
