To Los Angeles City the traffic has been in fact pairs to 710 thousand container teu, with an light progression of 0.4% respect 707 thousand teu in August 2012, while to Long Beach they are enlivened 630 thousand teu, with an increase of 16.0% regarding 543 thousand teu in August last year.

Last month the container full to the disembarkation and the boarding in the port of Los Angeles City has totaled respective decrements of 1.4% and 3.8% attesting to 356 thousand teu and 158 thousand teu, while the same flows of traffic in the port of Long Beach are increased respective of 19.2% and 20.2% to 328 thousand and 154 thousand teu. Handling of container empty to Los Angeles City has grown of 8.0% to 195 thousand teu and to Long Beach it is increased of 5.8% to 148 thousand teu.

In the first eight months of the 2013 port of Los Angeles City has enlivened altogether 5.136.275 teu, with a bending of 5.6% regarding the period January-August last year, while the port of Long Beach has enlivened a traffic pairs to 4.414.916 teu, in rise of 13.6% on the first eight months of the 2012.
