If yesterday the Spanish Ministry of the economic Development has exhorted newly the enterprises and the unions of the ports to continue the dialogue in order to find an agreement on the topic of the harbour job, in same the day the EU commission has introduced a relationship on the Spanish economy in which, relatively to the field of the transports, denunciation elevated the costs of some harbour services and the harbour taxes.

Yesterday the Ministry has invited companies and representatives of the workers to continue the dialogue in the picture of the counterfeit, in whose aimed at - it has emphasized the ministry guided from Íñigo de Serna Hernáiz - "it is possible to reach agreements of which the parts benefit both". Remembering that regal bill of reform of labor law harbour, that gives performance to the sentence of the Law court of the European Union that it has established that currently the Spanish law in matter is not in compliance with that European, previews that the union and employers have a time year in order to negotiate agreements collectives, the Ministry has evidenced that there is therefore is wide space for the negotiation "of those aspects that cannot be enclosed in the regal one decree, because so it establishes the EU commission, and that they are demanded by the representatives of the workers".

Moreover "the system of the harbor dues is complicated and not transparent and the ports still do not have sufficient autonomy in their politics of rate making". The Commission remembers also the necessity of an adaptation of the legislation on the demanded harbour job from the European Law court, but also the note which moved from the same CNMC, the guarantor Spanish authority of the competition, second which there is lack of competition in the supply of services inside of the ports.

The relationship of the EU commission finds moreover that a strategy in the long term for the development of the Spanish ports could contribute to relatively define better the priorities to the investments in the ports on the base of their roles and their functions and the promotion of more efficient tariff policies.
