Workshop on "the adriatic railway freeway"



Next 11 October near the new center services of Interporto Bologna. the workshop will hold "the adriatic railway freeway" in the course of which the technical details of the adriatic railway axis will be introduced, that it will be adapted to the P400 profile and that beginning from the next December will be able therefore to receive the cargo of semitowings with shape limit. The railway services will be illustrated also already active and those which the infrastructural adaptation will allow to develop along the corridor.

The event joins in an operating strategy more wide that aimed to shape Bologna as a hub of new generation, gateway of support and logistic hinge between the north and the ports of the Italy center-south, between Italy the remainder of Europe. This - it has found from Bologna interportuale society - demands the creation of synergies with the adriatic harbour nodes, the development of new intermodal services and the consolidation of those existing such to align and to satisfy the requirements of the logistic operators with those of the industrial truths of the Italian East North.
