The crocieristico traffic in the Croatian ports continuous to diminish. The Statistical Office of Croatia has announced that in the first eight months of this year the total of the crocieristi has been of 609.721 units, with a decrease of -13,7% regarding 706.737 crocieristi in the period January-August of 2016. Such decrease is consequence also of the reduction of the ports of call of cruise ships in the national ports that are piled to 431, realized altogether from 66 ships, regarding 518 in the first eight months last year. The majority of the ports of call of cruise ships has happened in the port of Dubrovnik (355 ports of call), followed from the port of Shovelled (138 ports of call) and from the port of Korcula (91).
