Activated a service for the computerized management of the processes of prevention of the risks in the ports of Livorno and Piombino



The Authority of Harbour System of the Tyrrhenian Sea Northern has activated a new service for the computerized management of the processes of prevention of the risks and the incidents in harbour and retroportuale within, initiative that the agreement follows undersigned some months ago from the agency and USL Tuscany North-West and INAIL for setting up of a Aimed Plan of Prevention (PMP) in order to support the companies in the systems of occupational health and safety management.

The AdSP has announced that an interface dedicated to the PMP inside of the digital platform is realized Monica, the strategic infostruttura of the finalized Authority of Harbour System to the monitoring and the control in real time of the harbour, periportuali and retroportuali areas through integration, the visualization and the elaboration of the data found from a series of sensors.

In practice, the instruments put in field for the attainment of the objectives of the Aimed Plan of Prevention are articulated on various levels: to a first phase of autovalutazione of the risk, through the compilation online of the cards on the platform Monica di AdSP-MTS, necessary for the "calibration" of the next participations, they will follow formative moments centralized on the models of analysis industrial accident research for the review of the DVR (document of risk assessment), on the implementation of useful operating instruments to the system of business prevention and on the presentation of the incentives to the enterprises by INAIL for the realization of participations in health matter and safety. During the process of implementation of the PMP, they will be previewed also specific assistance audit/advising to the enterprises.

The operating enterprises in port can join to the initiative, and demand to AdSP-MTS the activation of a credential for the access to the Monica platform, so to be qualified to the fruizione of the services available. The harbour authority has specified that the adhesions already have been numerous and have specified that the computerized service is conceived in a logical "fine-port" online with the objective to fully put into effect the harbour reform in a system logic, not more than single harbour ports of call.
