Bolloré and Maritime Kuhn intend to melt the respective harbour activities in France



The French group Bolloré has started negotiations in via exclusive right with the compatriot Maritime Kuhn, harbour society of logistics of the Kuhn group, in order to yield them the carried out harbour activities in France from the division Bolloré Transport & Logistics, that it is active mainly in Africa and it is present in 15 French ports. The fusion project previews that the 320 dependent of Bolloré Ports France enter to take part of the Maritiome Kuhn, than currently has 300 dependent.
