From the first of October the practices of exceptional transport in the port of La Spezia will be digitized


The Port System Authority of the Eastern Ligurian Sea presented to road transport associations and Confindustria La Spezia the new "TEOnline" system adopted by the institution for the digitized management of transport practices exceptional in the port of La Spezia. The portal, which already has after the experimental phase, it will be operational starting from next first October and will be accessible with a few clicks from the AdSP website, making it also available on tablets and smartphone.

The software has been acquired by the Ligurian port authority through a reuse agreement with the Metropolitan City of Venice, which owns it and puts it to disposition of public administrations. The company Berenice International Group of Padua then adapted it to the specific needs of the la Spezia institution and made fully compliant to the complex legislation on the subject.

The new TEOnline portal will make it possible to supplant the procedure for issuing entry and transit authorisations port of trucks with exceptional transport, so far managed through a multitude of paper documents, with a fully digital. The new software will allow you to significantly reduce cycle execution times authorization for the benefit of all those involved, and increase the administrative efficiency of the Port System.

Thanks to the commitment of our staff, with this implementation we take a further step forward in the administrative simplification and collaboration between institutions, in line with the basic principles of PNRR. Soon we will do more important innovations, with the aim of making the port always more resilient and able to respond to the needs of our stakeholders and our reference markets».
