The Swiss company Nova Marine Carriers, a subsidiary of the Romeo and Gozzi families which has a naval fleet of 41 bulk carriers and 32 cement plant, has acquired, in a joint venture with the German Aug. Bolten, of which he is a shareholder, and with the maritime group Spanish Ership the entire share package of the Dutch Maja Stuwadoors Groep BV, and with it total control of the terminal bulk Vlothaven in the port of Amsterdam, with a quay 215 km long meters equipped with -11.50 meters of draft and suitable for storage of many kinds of bulk goods, and warehouses managed by the company in the Dutch port.

The Maja Stuwadoors Group, founded in 1972, is managed by from the headquarters in Amsterdam and operates in the stowage services, embarkation/disembarkation and storage. The entry of the new shareholders, who take over from the Holleman family who owned it, even in the A sign of continuity, it marks a turning point for the group into the companies Maja Stuwadoors, Maja Storage and Maja Equipment.
