
Noatum Maritime, a maritime, logistics and port company
AD Ports, has signed an agreement with
the Turkish company Erkport, which operates in the same sectors of activity,
to establish a joint venture that will offer services
ro-ro seafarers. The new company, which will be
60% owned by Noatum Maritime and 40% by Erkport, will be
United Global Ro-Ro and will offer integrated services
both for the automotive industry and for the transport of loads
while developing a network of feeder services
for the transport of rolling stock serving the markets of the
Mediterranean, South Africa, the Arabian Gulf and Asia.
Noatum Maritime and Erkport will jointly supply vessels
CON-RO, RO-RO and PURE Car and Truck Carrier to the joint venture, which
