
The terminal operator Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT)
of the German Hapag-Lloyd has acquired the remaining 50% of the share capital
of Hanseatic Global Terminals Aracruz S.A. (formerly Imetame
Logística Porto S.A.), becoming the sole owner. To the

to build the new container port of Imetame near the city
