The terminal operator Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT)
of the German Hapag-Lloyd has acquired the remaining 50% of the share capital
of Hanseatic Global Terminals Aracruz S.A. (formerly Imetame
Logística Porto S.A.), becoming the sole owner. To the
End of 2025, the two partners had established the 50:50 joint venture
to build the new container port of Imetame near the city
of Aracruz, in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo, which
