LONG BEACH -- The Port of Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners has voted to continue plans to build a 145-acre cargo terminal for China Ocean Shipping Co. (COSCO) on the site of the former Long Beach Naval Station after reaffirming that the terminal project was the best use for the property.
