Essar plans to set up port, terminal near petro refinery

ESSAR Shipping Limited is setting up a port and terminal project adjacent to the petroleum refinery being set by Essar Oil Limited at Vadinar in Gujarat, said sources.

And in an arrangement reached between the two group companies, Essar Oil is set to pay Essar Shipping charges for handling its crude and petroleum products under a take or pay contract.
